Recession?

Let me tell you about the places that I've applied to work at this summer.

Urban outfitters - never called me back

The Sunset Grill in town - never called back

Walgreens - apparently they don't want summer workers

Maggie Moore's restaurant in town - I left my information

Bloomingdale's - nope

Harley Davidson - don't want summer workers

H&M told me they were hiring, but when I went on-line to apply, the one in Wayne isn't hiring. I've looked EVERYWHERE. I've replied to at least 8 craigslist jobs, and sent my resume to 2 from the paper. I went to an interview half an hour away, and it turns out to be a door-to-door salesman job. No thanks. 

I've been home a whole month now, and have been making no money. I need money now more than I ever have. It's incredibly depressing. I'm thinking I'll most likely have to stay at Purchase next summer just in order to have a job. I'm going to continue looking today.
